Please be aware that there may be wait periods at various times.

We offer a  one week turn around for most services and repairs, except for some flute repairs and large jobs. Wednesdays are the ONLY day that we do pickups or deliveries.  This is a free service for the Cairns area only.

We prefer,  if possible that you book your instrument in during the school term and not the holidays.

We may be able to loan you an instrument on request, while yours is being serviced at no additional charge.

We are fully booked out from December to February with school  contracts.

We only offer emergency repairs / quick turnarounds by negotiation in  limited circumstances.   These attract a $50 surcharge.  We prefer to instead offer the use of a hire instrument if available.
