Hirer is to pay the amount in full, for instrument and accessories rental. Unpaid accounts will incur collection and legal fees to be paid by the hirer.
Payments for the term agreed are to be paid in advance. Missed or declined monthly direct debits may incur a $15 admin fee per month.
The instrument and accessories are to be kept in undamaged condition during the rental period. Horn Hire reserves the right to cancel the contract and take possession of the hired equipment should there be signs of neglect or abuse. In the event of accidental damage, all repairs are to be carried out by Horn Hire at our very reasonable rates, and paid for including freight when needed by the hirer. In the event of loss, theft, or damage beyond repair, the hirer is to pay the full value of the hired item/s at the going rate, minus the rental fee already paid (up to one year).
Hirer may claim from own insurance.
Horn Hire items are not to be taken overseas. All instruments and accessories supplied by Horn Hire will remain the property of Horn Hire unless bought by the hirer, in which case hire fees paid (up to one year's worth - HornHire brand instruments only) will be deducted from the original price. Once the remaining amount has been paid in full, the hirer has full ownership.
Hirer is to pay the cost of return postage to Cairns.
To continue hiring beyond the agreed contract simply let HornHire know and keep paying the installments. It is optional that the instrument is returned once a year for a free service. On return the instrument and accessories will be checked and additional fees may be applied if damage is present.
Damage to instruments, cases or accessories incurs an extra charge. All repairs are to be carried out by us at our very reasonable rates. Please inform us of damage as soon as possible so we can replace your hired instrument with another one and keep you playing! You'll be informed and invoiced on the original instrument's repair in due course.
